I had a very pleasant stay at Aashrayam Resorts. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The service was prompt overall, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help.
A special mention to the kitchen team — even food items that were not part of the menu were prepared and served without any hesitation, which truly reflects their flexibility and genuine hospitality.
The resort also offers several recreational activities such as a campfire, kayaking/boating, and a swimming pool, all of which other guests seemed to really enjoy and added to the overall vibe of the place.
The location is another highlight. The resort is situated deep inside from the main road/highway, giving it a peaceful and secluded feel, and it’s surrounded by a beautiful lake view that enhances the overall experience.
That said, there is still some room for improvement. At times, multiple calls to the help desk were required to get things done, and there were frequent power cuts during the early morning hours (around 2–5 am) when the backup generator wasn’t operated.
Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was very good, and the sincere hospitality of the staff makes this place worth recommending.

We hosted our pre-wedding Haldi, Pooja and cocktail celebration at this resort and had a truly wonderful experience. Whatever we expected was arranged perfectly and every request was taken care of. The owner is extremely helpful and very accommodating, and the staff was professional, polite and always ready to assist. The property is very clean, surrounded by beautiful greenery with a peaceful lake beside the venue, and the pool area is so well maintained—clean, fresh, and perfect for relaxing. The food was delicious and met all our expectations. We truly enjoyed celebrating our wedding festivities here and highly recommend this resort for any special occasion!

Ashrayam Resort is an excellent place to stay, offering a wide range of indoor activities, complimentary morning boating in the lakeside area, a swimming pool, and live music at night. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with essential amenities such as facilities for preparing tea or coffee, a television, and internet access. Guests can also enjoy high-quality, hygienic vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Overall, the features and services provided by this property are outstanding. One point worth noting is that the resort is situated in a relatively remote area, and installing streetlights along the final one kilometre of the road leading to the property would significantly improve accessibility and safety.

Special order food is tasty. Buffet was ok-ok. We got a surprise light music live experience on a Sat night due to more bookings.
Cons- The road and area leading to the resort are bit deserted. Although it seems close to tourist spots its a little inside & only accessible by auto. Better for families with own car than solo travellers. Overall a good experience. Some room refurbishing -yellow lighting and ambience can be revised. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth—every staff member we met was polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make us comfortable.
The owner himself ( Mr Raghavendra) is incredibly humble and caring, which reflects in the way the entire place is run. The food was delicious, the stay was peaceful, and the ambience felt perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property is beautifully maintained, and there’s a sense of calm everywhere.
