3. Small rooms no scope for extrabed ..
4. Comfortable matrices but we had torn sheets .. one inch piece was missing from the AC comforter..
5. Basic toiletries provided .. good
6. No intercom.. they have a bar code scanner that gives 3 mobile numbers .. which you call for reception kitechen and restaurant.. funny thing is they have no restaurant or no dining space and the kitchen thats is reflected is not in the primices .. it's like swigy ..
7. The bathroom door was not clean .. the staff has to be attentive ..there..
8. Sea view .. they have due to orientation partial see view from most rooms .. either you face the temple and the sea or you face just the sea
What's more I wish they had a restaurant.. inwish they had a sitout where one could lounge and soak in the sea while having meals /tea coffie etc
Finally
Will I stay here again.. yes but expect improvements.. otherwise would be disappointed that the place with so much potential is not growing .

I had an amazing experience staying at Blue Pearl Beach Guest House, Murdeshwar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.
The location is perfect ā very close to the beach and major attractions, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of Murdeshwar. The peaceful environment and good hospitality made the stay even better.
Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend Blue Pearl Beach Guest House to anyone visiting Murdeshwar. Great value for money and truly a home-like experience!

We stayed at Blue Pearl Beach house Murudeshwar recently. The property is right on the beach and had great views of sea and the Shiva temple. Other than that, they do not have a restaurant and it is a kilometer ride to the main road through narrow roads for picking up most necessities. Bed Linens were torn and could have been in good shape for the price they are charging.

Rooms are basic but the location is best. Just step out of the guest house to open beach. The staff are quite helpful and you get bike for rent as well. There is no in house restaurant so need to go out or order food from outside.

On 1 st floor , Backside and wrong rooms provided with less scenic views even after pre booking . The hotel was even all empty with no guests.
The reception guys stayed in the room on the front side ( with temple view ) instead of giving such room to customers.
Additionally Lizards in room , Torn Bedsheets , Hair on Bedsheets and unclean Towels. ( which means they did not even wash them after previous guests vacated the rooms )
We went to hotel in late night at around 11.30 pm and were asked to check out at 12 Noon as per standard .. we went to beach and since our checkout was delayed they kept calling every 15 mins asking us to vacate room as if the same room is booked by some other guests while the hotel is all empty.
When I told the manager that I shall give negative rating for all this non sense and worst experience , he was least bothered .
