We booked room seeing the pictures, and it was written that wifi is there and amenities is given but when we reached there was no wifi, caretaker wasn't ready to co-operate saying wifi is not available. There is no boundary in the property neither room had proper hangers to hang clothes. Also room had glass doors with no proper boundary which seems really unsafe.
We requested for late checkin late check-out over mail and they accepted. But when we reached they said they won't provide as they have other booking so we had to agree to pay extra charges, which we didn't had any problem with, however we were denied amenities including wifi and later they also started asking for vacating the room next day at 12. After so much discussion then he agreed to It was so much hassle for us being women in unknown City and the caretaker was even ready to provide owners number.
This was highly unprofessional attitude and was unacceptable considering we were paying for services.

Came here cause of good reviews and deceitful photographs. Do not go here. Total rip-off for the price. The place is not a beach shack, but three boxes attached to each other on a yard with garbage and concrete slabs. There is no reception. The sea view is obstructed by a road with houses and heavy loud scooter traffic. Water bottle was only supplied after asking for it. There were not even normal blankets with sheets over them, but some plaids which are extemely likely not washed after each guest. Worst hotel experience during my India trip. Total scam. Please heed my advice and avoid this place.
On the positive side there is AC. That's pretty much it.

But the room we have stayed was an extension made with fabrication. Room has a glass door with curtain!! For solo trips the room was ok. But not recommended for family, that too if you are carrying any valuables. Premise don't have a compound. You have to leave your car in open area.
Place is near to temple and has a good beach view. Doesn't have a food option but restaurants available in walkable distance. By the way it's not a hotel. It's a solo property with 3 rooms. Out of that 2 are regular medium sized rooms.

Simple rooms, quiet location, the views are good and it’s situated right across the beach, best if you want to walk across and catch the beautiful sunsets. The host Melvin was very helpful with the check-in, check- out process and even allowed us to extend at no cost. The shack was functional in the evenings when we visited and the staff there were hospitable and kindly accommodated our requests, the food was great and decently priced. This place isn’t too commercialised and is best if you are looking for something quiet and laid back.

Food in the shack was awesome. Loved the way it was cooked and served.
Their hospitality was appreciative.
Grab ghee roast is a must try. Almost no option for vegetarians.
Room could be little bigger. Water bottles should be provided for the day.
Water flow was very less in the washroom. That should be worked on.
Apart from that it was okay okay stay.

Room is pretty clean and rightly located on beach side and temple side. The only negatives this stay has is, There is no one to properly receive you or address the issues. And there is no restaurant or cafe near it. Also The owner is slightly unwilling to help us with luggage or anything in general. No drinking water is provided, carry with yourself. They might turn off the Ac in the nights and again turn it on if you call them. Otherwise it’s a great stay considering the room quality and location

The Coral Beach Front (Hotel) is located nearby Murudeshwar temple, one can take a long walk of 10-15 min. from temple. The hotel consist of 3 rooms as of now and unfortunately the Coral Beach Shack (Restaurant - for which we selected this hotel) was completely closed during our visit, so we need to step out for all food requirement, even for tea/breakfast.
The owner was cheerful and welcoming. He even arranged the early check in with a short notice period at no extra charges. However there was considerable delay in service. We opted for the 2 rooms for 3 days, and the condition of the rooms was good but no furniture available to keep luggage. The resort provides free WiFi, hot water facility and Air Conditioner which was working fine.
Rental bikes were available nearby (many posters available on road) – one can call there numbers and bike will be arranged to the designated area.
