Very well-maintained homestay with a beautiful hill view all around. Plenty of open space in front, so parking is never an issue (one car can be parked inside as well). Pricing is very affordable—best to contact the owner directly rather than booking through portals.
A special mention to the owners for their warm hospitality: despite going to work, she prepared and offered us a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. Truly thoughtful and welcoming.

It was very nice staying in hill view homestay, we stayed for night with family and they treated us really well, even though we were huge crowd they dint say anything but adjusted extra beds and blankets to us, the only concern was the road which doesn't matter when the people are so sweet.

Hill View homestay is a clean and quiet place away from the crowded part of Murudeshwar. It is about 1 km away from the highway on the farther side of the town. A part of the road leading to the homestay is still dirt track as the area is not yet well developed.
The property itself is newly built and clean. The homestay is on the first floor. The owner lives on the ground floor. An open terrace gives you a beautiful view of the hills and natural surroundings. You can cook your own food if you desire so in the kitchen. For readymade food, you have to go to any restaurant on the highway. The bedroom is air-conditioned and you get a good night's sleep there.
The Murudeshwar temple complex is around 3 km away from the homestay. We preferred this homestay because of the quiet surroundings.
Overall it is a nice staying arrangement at a very reasonable price.

Availed this homestay for two days and one night. It is very near to main road, railway station and temple. Room is very big with all amenities available inside. Environment is very calm and the hill view from outside the room is very nice. The seating arrangement outside the room to enjoy the hill view is appreciating. Overall a good experience. Mr. Sai Dutta is also very helpful person. Had a safe family stay.
