Ac takes tooo long to cool down the temp.. water heater is very small, very less quantity of hot water we get to bath at a time. No staff available at the reception after 12 midnight
Other than this it's very close, neat. Safe place.

My first stay here at this place. I will straight away compare it with Royal Oak Bhatkal, which is at current price of 3,500/- is kind of double the rent.
Rooms are big and spacious. Good enough amenities and quite clean. No veg restaurants are at walking distance.
Anfal hyper market is a huge plus for this hotel where you can buy almost anything at quite a reasonable prices.
Overall a pleasant stay and certainly coming for next visit.
Second coming: There is a very professional badminton court here on second floor plus a table tennis table as well, which ticks all the right boxes for me.
It provides you with a small refrigerator also, which could have been replaced by an electric kettle with which to make tea or coffee.
