    Staffs are more interested on taking lev as closing time. We too understand time but that too as a way of speaking. The guy firstly came late to give menu n bullshit just throwed the menu. While ordering as we were group of people n obviously we would require time but still we did asap but the guy didn't had patience n the reponse on overall time was at tip of leg thumb. It was just feelijg like hitting him as we wre paying for it. Really have to improve staff

    We had an extremely disappointing experience here. The staff refused to take our order simply because we were speaking in Hindi. We patiently waited for more than 45 minutes, thinking someone would eventually take our order, but we were deliberately overlooked. Other tables that arrived after us were served promptly, while we were not even acknowledged. When we finally asked him directly, he clearly told us they would not take our order. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the restaurant.

    Worst service ,no value for customer , we waited for more than 20mins to take the order , worst experience there were 2ladies in reception ,when checked for places they say ,if you find place you sit we can’t do anything ,which is very irresponsible answer ,when checked for manager of the restaurant no one replied ,staffs facial expressions just irritated us to the core . Though we pay and eat , the respect to customer is not given.

    Beyond pathetic. The service staff acted as if customers were invisible, conveniently ignoring us despite being called multiple times. We waited more than 45 minutes just to place an order, and not a single staff member showed the courtesy to respond or even acknowledge us. The indifference and lack of basic professionalism were shocking. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. If I had option to give zero stars, I would do that.

    WORST restaurant to go. Never go to this restaurant. Their manchow soup taste like a dishwater. After asking for schezwan sauce the staff said that system won't allow them to provide even a small spoon of sauce. We order roti and paneer sabji. The roti was half burnt. The paneer has nothing but just a gravy. They took 250 rs for paneer and there were only 3 PCs of paneer in it. Owner should keep close eye on your staff. The staff is arrogant and never listen to what customer is saying. There was complaint from other tables also but the cashier was kept saying that we serve the food this way. This restaurant is junk. Do not go.
