The hotel room images displayed on the website were misleading and did not reflect the actual accommodations. During our stay on 02.10.2025 with my family, we found the rooms to be unclean and significantly below expectations bugs and cockroaches more. When I requested an invoice with a seal and signature for reimbursement via MakeMyTrip, the hotel owner and reception staff were uncooperative. Their response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating that they had never issued such invoices and refused to provide one. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this hotel—it is neither worth the price nor the inconvenience.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. The room was in terrible condition, with spider webs in every corner. The TV connection was practically non-existent, so there was no entertainment. To make matters worse, they don’t even offer laundry services, which is a basic expectation at any hotel.
The water they provide is muddy, and there’s no hot water at all. The room had a strong fungal smell, making it hard to stay in for long. On top of that, the staff's treatment of guests from other states was appalling. It felt like we were being treated as second-class customers.
This hotel is far below any acceptable standard, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Total waste of money.

"Disappointing experience at Paradise Resort! We booked a room through Agoda, but the resort refused to honor the booking, citing that they don't accept Agoda bookings. Despite paying in advance for a non-cancelable and non-refundable room, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The behavior was unacceptable, and it felt like they were trying to cheat us out of our money. Avoid this resort if you value customer service and professionalism. "Be cautious when booking", especially if you're using a third-party platform like Agoda."they have no right to say agoda is a third party platform, because they are not maintain hotel in a proper hygiene.
