I wanted to share feedback about our recent dining experience at your restaurant. We visited with our family and had high expectations, given [your positive reputation/recommendations].
However, we encountered a few issues:
1. We specifically requested less spicy dishes as we were dining with kids. Despite our instructions, the food was far too spicy, making it difficult for the children to enjoy their meal.
2. The wait time for the food was around 20 minutes, which felt quite long.
3. The pricing seemed quite high, considering the quality and service.

Please don’t visit this restaurant for food. One of the worst places to try food in Murdeshwar. We went to this place as the other restaurant that we want to try was having 45 minutes of waiting time. We ordered Kane masala fry, Pompret tawa fry, veg Manchurian for starters. It took them 45 minutes to deliver the food. We were hesitant to order more starters and ordered one paneer curry and one chicken curry along with the rotis. We got the food again after 40-45 minutes and after so many reminders. Both the curries are very bad. For the first time in my life I have seen someone preparing the Malabar parotta in tandoor. Then we ordered veg biryani and the staff completely forgot about our food. Finally we went to the kitchen and got it delivered ourselves. I have never seen such pathetic service anywhere. We have seen the customers from few more tables got frustrated with the service and left the restaurant empty stomach. Prices are reasonable.
