When I started looking for a hotel I found this hotel. The initial price was showing approximately Rs 3000=00, but once you fill in the details price jumps to Rs 5000+,then by the time I paid price jumped toRs.7000+. Pure cheating. The rooms were not clean, bedsheets were dirty, no hot water inspite of request, spiderwebs in every corner , furnitures dusty, TV not working.. But price is 7500=00 plus. No cancellation also. I don't recommend this hotel.
At this price we get rooms in RNS residency,four star,beach side, temple view hotel.

Bedsheets are bad, small bed, no hot water 24×7. No TV. Just for night stay. Lift is not dirty. The team is good. But they need to work on the feedback by cutomers.

This place is at a walkable distance to the murudeshwar temple. The rooms are clean and neat. The sunrise view from the balcony was an added luxury that everyone must try.
The air conditioning was good. You can find restaurants and ATMs at the base of this location which I personally found very helpful. The lift facility was helpful for elders.

Its an average hotel. Staff is average. Had to ask twice for towels. In morning hot water was not there so had to go and wake up staff. Rooms are big and spacious. Bed was decent. Bathroom was clean. Rooms have balcony. Upkeep is low - in my room the water knob was broken. The switchboard had one switch pushed in like somebody banged it in frustration. Parking is decent but the bar customers might block your vehicle.
