Had a good stay here. They charged Rs.3000 for 4 persons plus one child for one night stay which was pretty decent. Very neatly kept rooms with clean bathrooms. Safe and convenient area with car parking facilities. The host was a very good gentleman who ensured that we had dinner before 10pm else all the nearby restaurants would be closed. I would suggest this stay for families and kids and group of friends.

Wi-Fi password needs to be mentioned in the room itself .bathrooms to be provided with cloth hangers. About room service not sure as we checked in evening and left at 11 in afternoon.

We stayed in Kamath Homestay during our trip to Murudeshwar in March. It is a A/C villa which can accommodate 6-8 people, so good for a big family. I was impressed with the interior of the homestay very much. It is spacious and nicely decorated. All the A/Cs were fully functional. Wi-Fi is also available. It is little costly (5000 per night) but ok for large family. ||||We chose this place as we have a kid with us and needed to give him home made food. The kitchen is decent although could have been better. ||||On the downside is its surroundings area. There is big drain in one side of the property. Although you don't feel it when you are inside, you'll get bad smell when you are out. From outside the property looks very badly maintained. The guy in charge of the stay did NOT make it ready when we arrived. There were dust all around including the tables and chairs. It seemed nobody has used it for some time. The service could have been much better.||||Overall it was a OK stay.

Best service and co-operative staff. They were kind and suggested what's good for us. We had been to the place early morning at 5 though the check in time was at 12. The room boy came us to pick up and dropped us to our stay. The room is hygienic. I would highly suggest the stay.

The room is big and comfortable for 15 people with neat and clean bathroom with hot water services, they will also provide with extra bed and blankets if required. They also kitchen with enough utensils to cook food. Need not have to worry about the heat outside because they have AC's that can make you shiver in 2 minutes. It's a great hotel for family who are looking for peacefull and safe stay near the beach.
Over all it was great experience staying at this room. I would recommend this room for family/friends who are looking to have great time in murudeshwara.😎

Kamath Home Stay is an excellent place for a family to stay. We were total of 21 people including kids. Since most of us were women and elderly people, they agreed for us to stay together. It was too comfortable for us and the entire family were indeed happy to stay together. The person who was there until we leave was very polite and helpful. He made sure all of us were comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place.
