If there had would been option of 0 star I would have opted for it to say the least. I had horrible experience. We had booked 2 AC rooms and had confirmation for the same. I called the hotel 2 hours prior to our arrival and informed that we are coming. But to our surprise they said that rooms are available but non ac rooms. They charged us for AC rooms and their reasoning was funny that it’s peak season now so the rates we have got the room for is way below the peak season. I had booked the rooms in 1st week of December and hence the rates quoted to me than for AC and non AC rooms were different. I had paid the booking amount at the said time and hence the hotel should have provided me the rates for the room according to the date of booking as they had goofed up.
The person on reception was not ready to coordinate and accommodate us. They said that it was miscommunication and tried to get rid of topic. The room was just the tip of the iceberg but the bathroom was terrible it was stinking like sewage. It’s better to avoid this hotel.

Very bad experience.Booked 5 bed room but due to water leakage problem they gave 3 bed small room.They didn't inform us about this until our check in .For two extra beds they charged 500 too.At the time of check in they assured that they will give one more bathroom at the morning.But after that they didn't give that.when we asked about this they said that rooms are costly.Actually rooms are very average not same as in the picture.Hygiene is also less.
