The location of the property is really beautiful and peaceful, and the room was comfortable and well maintained.
However, the food quality did not meet expectations considering the amount paid. Unfortunately, I did not click pictures, but during dinner the onion used in the salad was chopped without removing the outer layer, and several pieces had visible black fungus. It was clearly fungus and not chopping marks.
Breakfast was also average, and the taste was definitely not authentic South Indian.
Suggestion for future guests: If possible, consider booking the stay without meals. There are good food options available nearby in Murudeshwar. Naveen Beach Restaurant is a good choice—pricing is reasonable, taste is good, and the beachside location offers a nice and different dining experience.

Pretty good place to be in a holiday. It's just close to the beach which seems almost like a private one, very clean and serene!! Option for food in buffet was limited but overall good. Mr.Khushal was very helpful and made sure that we have a homely stay. The team took good care of us. Only thing that I would ask them to add some north indian dishes in the breakfast buffet. Overall a good stay. Thank You Team.

The resort is very close to the beach, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly and services were provided on time. The food was also good and met our expectations.
One of the highlights was that the resort staff helped us arrange scuba diving and a few other water activities, which made the trip more enjoyable. They also assisted with booking a Honnavara backwater boating experience, which was peaceful and scenic.
However, there are several areas that need improvement. The photos on the website are outdated — currently, there are many overgrown plants in front of the rooms, which attract mosquitoes. The surrounding area is not as clean or well-maintained as shown in the pictures.
We had booked a wooden cottage, but unfortunately, it had a cockroach problem. They would come out when the lights were off, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, some of the tiles on the side were falling off and looked very dirty.
Overall, the location and staff were great, but cleanliness and maintenance definitely need more attention.

Not sufficient staff…. Dogs and cats are eating the left over food from the same plate…disgusting….because nobody cares to to clean the used plate….

This place is for a normal 5-10 persons visiting and enjoying ...after being drunk. The basic amenities are not available. I wonder how they are more than 4.5 rated. It is less than 2k kind of place. The booking is done through advance payment and hence you cannot do anything once you have checked in.

Plates and cups old and dirty with lots of strains. Pictures are very old. Doesn’t look anything like the pics. Dingy stay. Not worth the money at all.
