Very disappointing service, no one to even open the gate you have to yourself get out of your car and open it.
Rooms: 5/10
Good for the price but not maintained at all, very old fashioned rooms and the washrooms are pathetic.
In room dining: 7/10
Good food, but have to place order prior at around 7 and can't get anything else after that. Slightly on the expensive side but good enough.
Breakfast: 3/10
The only thing that's going to be there is poha, upama, bread, jam, tea. The bread is also not that fresh. The food is average. We requested them several times to get the bread toasted since it didn't look fresh. They agreed after some time but didn't toast it at all.
Location: 8/10
Around 2km from the temple
Overall good for the price if you just want to stay for the night but would not suggest for family.
Would recommend RNS residency instead.

The location of the property is excellent, and the food served is very good. The ambience is pleasant, and the connectivity to Murudeshwar Temple is very convenient.
The cottages are beautifully maintained. Due to a last-minute plan, we stayed in the tents instead, which turned out to be a fantastic experience as well comfortable and well-managed.
I strongly recommend this property for families visiting Murudeshwar. Also, it’s best to avoid eating outside and enjoy meals at the hotel dining itself, as the food quality is excellent.

Almost 5km from Murudeshwar temple.
And the main thing insects in the room everywhere. Do check the rooms before check in.
Dinner Food was good. But don't go for buffet. Staff doesn't care if you have got everything or no.
Just order what you want that to if they are willing to prepare.

Please do not promote this kind of cottage, as it can seriously affect your reputation with customers. As I mentioned earlier, this was the worst stay experience of my life.
I paid around ₹4,100 per night, but there were no complimentary amenities. Even for a basic water bottle, we were asked to pay separately. The room condition was poor—there was no TV, no activities available, and no room service for food.
If I were to explain everything in detail, it would take an entire day. Overall, this stay was absolutely not worth the amount paid. Paying ₹4,100 for this room was a complete waste, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

Beautiful resort near murudeshwar beach.( 2.5 km). Cottages are spacious and beautifully designed, can accomodate three adults easily. Swimming pool is good and operational, few recreational activities are also there like archery etc. Kitchen is leased and managed by a vendor and they expect food to be paid for immediately however food is tasty.
There is no television or phone in the rooms. Management can add few more options for entertainment.
Surinder the manager is very courteous and helpful.
Overall a good experience and Great value for money.

Honestly we choose this resort coz of its pool and fire camp both of which they said are not avaliable.... And there was water shortage for very long time , the staff were very rude..we were only getting negative replies when ever we ask them about anything ( food , room service, pool, constant power cuts..), there wasn't even a single Security guard or something like literally anyone can enter in the middle of the night..General rooms were a bit better but their dormitories are the worst ... there were literal leeches and centipedes in them..and there wasn't even enough space for people to even move around. As its far from the beach and temple transportation is also another big issue unless u have ur own vehicle.
The view of the resort is good , peaceful and all but the maintenance of it and staff are very disappointing...

Unhygienic rooms probably not cleaned before we checked in, water issue had to tell them thrice in a 18hr stay... Not good or safe for family. Very secluded area. Only non-vegetarian food options. They switched off the lights at night so had to put on mobile torch and find the room. Only good thing was the swimming pool for kids but don't know how clean it was.
