This property is huge with lots of open spaces. The service, food and staffs are very good and very co-operative. They take care of all the requirements of the guests. The beach is visible and accessible from the property.
The room quality and overall structure needs maintenance. In our room(201) there was a huge glass window in the washroom facing the room. Although there were curtains to cover it but those were not adequate so can be uncomfortable for some visitors. Public transport is not available near the hotel so you need to walk to get one.
The temple is located a bit far from the property however, you can get a awesome view from the beach.
If you have a car and looking for a serene property to stay a few days away from hustle bustle, it's an ideal one.

Very poor maintenance. Although the location and atmosphere are good, the overall experience was horrible. I found a snake on the property, the wardrobe was in bad condition, and the phone was not working. Completely unacceptable and not recommended.

Worst experience in this hotel. Found rats in room but GM said we brought this rat.. He is not fit for hospitality industry and he spoke very rash .. They told to pay bill which we were ready to pay but told security to close the gate. Sincere suggestion don't prefer this hotel in any case.
If you want to spend in the room with small animals please visit and a condition with kids don't go !
To my friends and all - please don't vist this resort else you will have a bad experience.

Very nice place, calm & far from the usually crowded Murudeshwar beach. Rooms are very nice. Well maintained & clean in line with RNS hospitality. The washroom needs a mirror in the front at the washbasin(there are two on the sides). Lots of improvement is necessary in food & breakfast items. A little more variety can be offered.

The location and ambience is just amazing. Perfect place to get away from all hustle and bustle. The deluxe room has a huge balcony that gives a distant view of the ocean. The room was clean and well maintained.
The beach,located around 200m from the hotel, was not crowded and offered a great place to unwind. The staff were courteous. Breakfast spread was sadly very limited but the food itself was tasty.
Definitely a place I would visit again!

We booked a deluxe room and the view was awesome. The service was prompt. It seems the resort is getting closed for a renovation.
The sea beach is just 150 meters away and quite peaceful. The resort has a well maintained swimming pool.
The complimentary breakfast was pure vegetarian and had corn flakes with milk idli vada uthapa shevage shira bread butter fruit juice tea and coffee.
The room has tea coffee sachets with kettle.
The restaurant has many food choices
albeit expensive but considering the remote location, the rates are unavoidable. The quantity is more than sufficient.
I have requested to place some reading material, few seating benches on the sea front and on their vast green lawns.

The resort is poorly maintained. Bugs and insects all over the place during night( can't have a peaceful walk to your room from reception)and some insects were found inside the cupboards, beds and sofa. Broken door latches, very dirty screens. The rooms and bathrooms were stinky. No buffet breakfast. We were provided only Idly, Dosa, Upma and Vada for breakfast. Omlette were charged and we had to fight with their GM to get it free. Chutney that was severed was old and it was spoiled too. The food tasted horrible. No wonder why only 5 rooms were booked over a busy weekend. Please don't go with family.
Only advantage is you can get nice beach time like a private beach.
