I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your property. My train arrived in Murudeshwar at 3:30 AM, and I needed to check out by 1 AM the following day. When I approached your staff regarding room availability, I was informed that “it’s not about your timing, it’s about our timings” — with a strict policy of 12 AM check-in and 12 PM check-out, and that I would need to book for two days.
As a tourist, this situation left me with no flexibility and caused significant inconvenience. It was disheartening to see such a rigid approach to hospitality, as the staff appeared more focused on revenue than providing support to guests in unusual circumstances. I believe hotels should accommodate travelers arriving at odd hours, or at least provide alternatives, rather than rigidly enforcing policies that make the stay difficult.
I hope you will consider revising your approach to better serve tourists and ensure that guests feel welcomed and supported, even outside standard timings.

I visited this hotel with my family to enquire about a room for our stay. The staff initially quoted ₹2500 per night, and I agreed. However, after we brought our luggage and were ready to check in, they suddenly changed the rate to ₹2650.
When I politely reminded them that they had just mentioned ₹2500, one of the staff members rudely told us to “get out.” This kind of arrogant and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially towards families.
I have recently completed a South India tour, and this was the only place where I encountered such unprofessional and mannerless staff. The owner should provide proper training and supervision to ensure guests are treated with respect.
The hotel may look big and impressive from the outside, but the staff’s attitude completely ruins the experience. I would strongly advise families to avoid this hotel, as such behavior can easily happen to others too.

Went to try their restaurant today and their serving staff after making us for 10 minutes mentioned they cannot take our order and their captain only could take our order and we had to leave after 10 more minutes wait as our 4 year old was hungry. Our order was as simple as 2 lassi’s and a curd rice, god knows why a CAPTAIN is needed for it?? And someone who was no where seen :(
