I want to share that my experience at RNS Residency, Murudeshwar, Karnataka was truly exceptional.
Right from the beginning, Shilpa was the first person I spoke to over the phone, and she assisted me beautifully. She guided me through the booking process, explained everything clearly, and also helped me with direct booking options. Whenever I had any doubts, she patiently assisted me — every call, every question. From that very moment, I felt the true meaning of hospitality.
During our stay, the staff continued to amaze us with their kindness and politeness. We celebrated my wife’s birthday here, and the team made the day incredibly memorable. Their warmth, smiles, and efforts added a special touch to our celebration that we will never forget.
A heartfelt mention to Vinayak, Praveen, Soubhagya, Asha, Namrata, Manasa, and Sangeeta — each one of you is a precious gem of RNS Residency. Your service, behaviour, and hospitality truly stand out.
We had a very pleasant and heartwarming experience, and I genuinely feel that everyone should experience this level of hospitality at least once in their life.

We stayed in RNS for one night. The location of the hotel is the only benefit. But if you are not booking a sea view room, please do not bother booking here. Because the service and hospitality at this hotel is non-existent. We checked in almost 6 hrs late, but still had to wait for 10 to 15 mins as they were just cleaning it. No TV channels were provided and had to follow up for 45 mins to get it. Food is well below average. Rooms aren't maintained, with paints chipping off from bathroom shelves. No hair dryers provided considering this is mentioned as a 4 star hotel and we pay around 6500 per room. And this was a superior AC room. Never gonna stay here again.

Beautiful Views, But Disappointing Experience
The hotel offers lovely views and the food was fairly decent. However, the overall experience was underwhelming, especially considering the high price of ₹8,000 per night — plus an additional ₹3,500 for late check-out.
The property is currently undergoing renovations, which significantly impacted our stay due to noise, dust, and general disruption. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed at the time of booking, which was quite disappointing.
While I understand that upgrades are sometimes necessary, I believe guests should be informed in advance so they can make an informed decision. At this price point, a higher level of transparency and guest consideration is expected.

Add to it newly refurbished well appointed rooms, prompt efficient service and decent food choice at the restaurant; we have a perfect 5 stars.
