Worst Experience Ever – Pathetic Management and Zero Service I stayed here in the first week of October 2025 for 2 nights, and I honestly regret booking this hotel. The place survives only because of its location — absolutely nothing else is worth mentioning. Pros: • Location is good and accessible. That’s literally the only good thing. Cons: 1. Total waste of money: Paid ₹3000 per night with breakfast, which turned out to be a complete joke. Breakfast timing is 8–10 AM, but when I went at 9:30, they said Puri Bhaji was “over.” At the same time, they were serving the same thing to walk-in customers from outside! Next day, same story at 8:30 AM. It’s obvious they don’t care about guests staying in their own hotel. Unless you threaten not to pay, they won’t even bother to serve what you’ve already paid for. 2. Pathetic room service: Every single time you call them for something, the answer is, “Not available now.” It’s like they’ve mastered the art of saying no instead of doing their job. 3. Rude and unprofessional management: The manager/restaurant owner clearly has no clue about hospitality. When we tried to share feedback, he got defensive, rude, and argumentative. Instead of listening, he kept denying everything as if guests are lying. They’ve hired untrained college kids to run the place, and it shows. This hotel is a perfect example of how bad management can ruin a good location. The staff attitude is arrogant, the service is nonexistent, and the management simply doesn’t care.

Stay was really good and pleasant. It has a private entrance to a clean beach. The in-house restaurant serves really good food at a reasonable price. Hotel staff is courteous and polite. There are friendly cats and dogs to play with, who will accompany you to the beach as well. Worth staying.

Stayed on 22nd Nov for one day room no 105. Have been to this place 6 months back. There is pleasant change in the room interiors and ambience . Food is excellent , particularly non veg has traditional taste. Easier access to beach is an added advantage.

The food quality was very disappointing. The fish was not properly cooked and tasted far from freshand too over priced Overall, the meal did not meet basic hygiene or quality standards. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Thus resort is on the beach and that's the plus.. easy access to beach. Food is amazing and service is great!! Overall value for money. Reasonable too..

The restaurant experience was disappointing. This place may not be ideal for families, as there’s a lot of noise at night from late-night parties. It can get quite disturbing if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment.

Service is really very good from all staff. Breakfast is the one which liked the most with authentic south indian menu. Locality is also great.
