Overall, the experience was really good. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and good location. They also serve good food. Our two day stay was very good. Thank you, Poorna, Kiran, Rajendra. The facilities are not up to par with the price. No tea or breakfast except for a bottle of water, soap and shampoo. If this could be improved, it would have been even better.

Only 2-3 people are managing all the rooms. These 2 people prepare food and serve at your room. food quality is not good. rooms are OK. but somehow we do not felt very positive vibes.

Very compact beds
We checked in at 3PM and they made us checkout from room at 12PM next day. They 1st say 6,000/room and after showing online price they changed to 4500/room.
They give reason of electricity for non availability of wifi. Even when they have generators. No proper management. Only labors are managing the property.
After checkout time, they turned off lights, water & lift,. We had to decend from 2nd flood with bags during checkout
To summarise - it was the worth stay i hav stayed till now in terms of management

No one to open the gates. Finally called the number in google. Thankfully one person arrived and gave the room. Rooms are good. Spacious. Location - Beach front. Good one. Ordered dinner. Tasty but costly.

Beds are very compact! If you are going with a kid then it’s better to avoid!
