Worst room with dirty rooms with insects.. no AC and no proper hot water. No cleaning staff. Bedsheets also not good and bathroom they made rooms I think. Worst

Waste of money..no cleanliness. Worst maintenance

This property gave us a great experience which will be a learning for things to avoid, what to expect and plan better for future visits Property is like farm house rest rooms. There are several types of insect, lizards etc that come freely through the open bathroom window and room window. Beds were dusty. Atleast 2 large openings are left open (or rather covered with broken polythene papers) without any mosquito net. We can't even open the windows near the bed as more mosquito and insects will come. With NO AC it was humid with just a fan (which will run on it's, own speed and the regulator is useless).The actual rent is around 1200 per room (based on the telephone conversations of the caretaker and the price quoted for potential guests who visited while we were there).. Make my trip charged 3k for substandard room. Ideally, I wanted to file a consumer case for providing sub standard service and ripping customer, but might avoid that and also make my trip in future for now. Care taker service was good also very helpful in buying us tea/coffee and food.
