Our stay at the Savion homestay in Murudeshwar was absolutely delightful! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — close to the temple 🛕 and all major attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind.
A special thanks to Mr. Joseph for being such a warm and helpful host. He made sure everything was well taken care of and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. From guiding us about local spots to arranging small things we needed, his hospitality truly made a difference.
Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Murudeshwar — We’ll definitely be coming back!

The owner is a total fraud. I booked through Agoda and upon arrival, the owner claimed that his property is not up for booking on Agoda. Refusing accommodation after confirmation caused us serious inconvenience and distress. I called Agoda customer service and informed the issue. When Agoda customer service person called owner he changed his words and said he hasn't received any booking confirmation from Agoda. Agoda person apologise and refunded my money. But its very bad practice and Agoda and all other platform should delist such fraud homestays.

The owner is a total fraud. We had a fully paid and confirmed booking through Agoda. On arrival, the owner claimed he had not received any email regarding our booking. This is despite the fact that we had called him the same morning, during which he confirmed the booking and asked about our arrival time. Refusing accommodation after confirmation caused us serious inconvenience and distress.
We were forced to call the police after which we got our money back

I would suggest that if you are a family of 10/12 people then savion villa homestay will be the best choice instead of hotel.
